저자소개
▪전도근
공주대학교 사범대학 일반사회교육과를 졸업하고, 경희대학교 교육대학원에서 교육공학을 공부하였으며, 홍익대학교 대학원에서 평생교육정책으로 박사학위를 받았다. 강남대학교 교수와 스스로 원격평생교육원 원장을 역임하고 하자교육연구소의 소장으로 재직하고 있다. 교육, 컴퓨터, 요리, 자동차, 서비스 등과 관련된 50여 개의 자격증을 취득하였으며, 각 대학교, 지방자치단체, 교육청, 평생교육원, 국가전문행정연수원 및 각종 기업체 연수원 등에서 은퇴대비와 경력개발 및 전직지원과 관련된 특강을 하고 있다. 제1회 평생학습대상 특별상을 수상하였고, SBS 순간 포착 세상에 이런 일이, KBS 한국 톱텐, 작업TV에 소개된 바 있다. 「은퇴쇼크」, 「100세 쇼크」, 「진로직업교육」, 「생산적 코칭」, 「내 인생에 꼭 필요한 라이프코치」 등을 비롯한 180여 권의 책을 집필하였다.
▪김석구
육군사관학교를 졸업하고 장교로 전역, 전직과정을 거쳐 평생교육을 통한 세상의 변화라는 가치를 실현하기 위해 전문성을 축적하고 있다. 국방대학원 운영분석 석사, 아주대학교 평생교육 및 HRD전공 박사학위를 취득하여 평생학습을 통한 일자리 창출에 기여하고 있다.
버크만 검사, MBTI일반강사, 한국코치협회(KCA) 인증코치(KAC), 생애설계컨설턴트, 2nd 인생설계 컨설팅 등의 자격을 가지고 전직지원전문가로서, 중장년취업 아카데미, 평생교육 활성화를 통한 일자리 창출, NCS기반 전직지원교육과정 개발 및 채용 등의 활성화에 전력을 다하고 있다.
일자리 목표공시제 전문위원, 직업능력 통합심사위원, 경력개발협회 상임이사, 한국라이프코치협회 회장, 창의실용교육학회 이사, 평생교육협의회 위원 등으로 활동하고 있으며, 현재 청운대학교(인천캠퍼스) 교양대학에서 전임교수로서 중장년의 전직과 일자리 창출, 제2인생 설계 지원, 성인학습 및 성과, 삶의 질 향상을 위한 코칭 등의 지원으로 세상의 긍정적인 변화에 희망을 걸고 있다.
▪이미자
성신여대 영어영문학과를 졸업하고 KB국민은행에서 지점장으로 퇴직하였으며, 싱가포르 Wealth Management Institute(WMI)의 Advanced Wealth Management Programme(AWMP) 과정과 한국금융연수원 PB전문가과정을 수료하고 투자전략 및 투자정보 제공 등 역량을 강화하여 Private Banking 전문가로 활동하였다. 금융 일선에서 근무하면서 얻은 지식과 경험을 바탕으로 현재는 KB공익재단, 50플러스센터 경제·금융 전문 강사로 활동하면서 초중고, 대학생, 사회초년생, 일반인을 대상으로 경제금융, 자산관리, 재테크, 은퇴 후 자산관리 등을 강의하고 있다. 금융, 보험 자산관리, 부동산펀드 및 투자상담사로 활동하고 있다. 50+세대를 위한 희망드림 아카데미를 통해 평생 교육의 장을 열어가고 있으며. 시니어들을 대상으로 은퇴관리 및 인생 2모작 직업상담, 전직지원 프로그램을 운영하고 있다.
▪이화식
해군장교로 전역 후, 건양대 군사경찰행정대학원 국방공무원학과를 졸업하고 은퇴설계 전문컨설턴트로서 제대군인과 퇴직경찰관, 인사혁신처, 한국가스공사, 삼성, SK, CAPS 등의 회사에서 전직지원전문가로 활동하고 있다. 주요경력으로는 해군본부 전직지원정책과 총괄, 보훈처 대전제대군인지원센터 팀장, 경찰청 대전경찰전직지원센터장, (주)제이엠커리어 수석전문위원 등을 역임하였고 현재 ㈜제이비컴 세종지사장, HR인사쟁이 스텝 등 다양한 활동을 하고 있다. 보유자격으로는 Birkman 강사, MBTI일반강사, (사)한국코치협회(KCA) 인증코치, 라이프코치, 퇴직관리지도사, 사무직베이비부머강사, NCS진로지도 등 다양한 자격을 가지고 전국에서 관련된 강의를 하고 있다.
▪진소희
아주대학교 교육대학원에서 평생교육학을 공부하고 있으며, 삼성전자에 입사하여 최초 여성물류센터장과 삼성전자로지텍 최초 여성 그룹장으로 퇴직 후 HR글로벌리더십연구소 대표와 한국라이프코치연합회의 사무총장으로서 우리나라 코칭의 발전을 위해서 노력하고 있다. 그리고 (사)한국코치협회(KCA) 공익코칭위원으로 KAC 인증심사위원, 서울시가정지원센터 위촉강사, 서울숲 인문문화협회 지부장을 역임하고 있다. 한국의 전직지원 활동의 활성화를 위하여 전직지원전문가로서 전직지원전문가 양성교육 전문강사로 개인 및 조직 생애설계컨설팅, 진로 전문코치, 코칭리더십 등을 전국의 평생교육시설과 직업능력개발 기관에서 강의하고 있다.
