제2부는 미래교육과 핵심역량, 국내 기술과 교육과정 변천 및 주요 내용, 각국 기술과 교육과정 동향 탐색 등 주요 내용으로 구성되어 있다.
제3부는 기술과 수업컨설팅, 평가 내용요소, 실습 시설 등 주요 내용으로 구성되어 있다.
