도서소개
청소년정책을 비롯하여 청소년교육, 청소년상담의 꽃은 바로 청소년들에게 제공되는 프로그램의 질에 달려있다. 양질의 청소년지도사를 양성하는 것도, 타당성 높은 청소년정책을 입안하는 것도 따지고 보면 모두가 청소년들에게 의미 있고, 도움이 되는 질 높은 프로그램을 제공하기 위함이다. 이런 맥락에서 본 교재는 청소년 프로그램의 개발과 평가에 대한 기본적인 개념에서부터 관련 이론, 그리고 실제적으로 프로그램을 개발하고 평가하는 데 도움을 주고자 편찬하였다. 그러나 초판이 나온 지 꽤 오래되어 일부 내용 및 통계에 수정, 보완이 필요하여 개정판을 발간하게 되었다.
