이무근 (lmk194@hanmail.net)
서울대학교 농생물학과(농학사), 교육대학원 실업교육과(교육학 석사), 미국 일리노이대학교(UIUC) 직업·기술교육과(교육학 박사)를 졸업하였다. 오하이오주립대학교 농업교육과와 버지니아 텍(Virginia Tech) 직업기술교육과에서 방문 연구원(visiting scholar)으로 수학하였다.
서울대학교 농산업교육과 교수, 한국직업능력개발원 초대원장, 경일대학교 총장, 동명대학교 총장을 역임하였다.
주요 저서로는 직업교육학원론, 직업교육과정과 평가, 실기교육방법론(공저), 고등학교 진로와 직업, 교육정책 역사적 변동과 전망(공저) 등이 있다.
현재 서울대학교 명예교수이고, 한국과학기술한림원 이사장이다.


이 찬 (chanlee@snu.ac.kr)
성균관대학교에서 학부 교육학을 전공하고 산업심리학을 부전공하였으며, 미국 오하이오주립대학교(The Ohio State University) 대학원에서 인력교육 및 평생교육(Workforce Education and Lifelong Learning) 전공 교육학 석사, 동대학에서 인력개발학 전공(Workforce Development and Education) 교육학 박사 학위를 취득하였다.
미국 오하이오주립대학교 고용훈련센터(Center on Education and Training for Employment), LEGO Korea Inc. 인사팀, LG전자 서비스 미국법인 인사부에서 근무하였다.
주요 저서 및 역서로는 산업인력개발론, 인적자원개발론, HRD 혁신을 위한 뉴 패러다임 70:20:10, Smart Learning, 소셜 러닝 등이 있다.
현재 서울대학교 농산업교육과 학과장, 서울대학교 산업인력개발학 전공 주임 교수, 서울대학교 농업생명과학대학 교육연수원 원장이다.
